PRICE REPORTS
Our statistical reports display a comprehensive view of the market prices every week, month, or quarter, depending on the products. Market analysis offers prospects for future price trends.
ConventionalSpun Yarn Prices: Domestic Markets (Monthly)
Cotton yarn prices fell in Asia over the past four weeks, following the decline in cotton prices in September. Polyester yarns were stable and viscose yarns rose in India and Pakistan, as their fiber costs stayed high. All yarn prices remain far above their level of a year ago. This monthly report compares spun yarn prices in the domestic markets of China, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, in local currencies and in US dollars, with three-month and one-year indices.
ConventionalWool Prices In Australia and South Africa (Weekly)
Australian wool prices fell again this week, even though the offering was 22% smaller. Buyers refused to follow prices back up, showing the market is still searching for a level where normal trade can resume. Growers answered by withdrawing a rising share of their wool. South Africa continued on the same downward path.
ConventionalBangladesh Yarn Market Prices (Monthly)
Yarn prices in Bangladesh eased in October after the September surge. Gas supply to the mills has held up, spinning output has recovered and cotton import costs have fallen, while the duty-free route for Indian yarn remains open after the government paused its attempt to close it. The decline stalled in the latest week, and prices are expected to stay close to current levels in the coming weeks. This monthly report covers cotton yarn prices in Bangladesh, carded and combed across a wide range of counts, as well as poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester and 100% viscose yarn prices, with charts and historical data.
ConventionalPakistan Fiber and Yarn Prices (Monthly)
Cotton yarn prices in Pakistan fell over the past four weeks as New York futures weakened, with the 30s carded benchmark down 3.2% to 418 rupees per lb, while poly-viscose, polyester and viscose yarns edged up. Cotton yarn exports fell in September on weaker Chinese buying, and prices may remain under pressure, although firm domestic demand should limit the decline. This monthly report covers cotton, polyester and viscose fiber prices in Pakistan, and cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, polyester and viscose yarn prices, with charts and historical data.
ConventionalViscose Fiber & Yarn Prices (Monthly)
Viscose fiber prices stayed firm in October, but the rise slowed in China. Producers hold low inventories and dissolving pulp costs keep climbing, which supports prices. Yarn demand remains weak, so Chinese spinners cannot pass on their higher costs and their margins keep shrinking. India was the exception this month, with a sharp fiber increase after three months without change. This monthly report covers viscose staple fiber and 30s viscose yarn prices in China, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, with yarn-to-fiber spreads and historical data.
ApparelMyanmar Apparel Exports in 2nd Quarter 2026
Myanmar's apparel exports grew again in the second quarter, but the growth came from volume rather than value. Shipments to Japan and to most European markets expanded while exports to the United States lost another quarter of their value. Knitwear carried the gains and woven apparel was flat. Unit values fell on every major market, so Myanmar is shipping more kilos for less money per kilo. This quarterly report covers Myanmar's knit and woven apparel exports per destination over four years, with US and EU import tables by category.
ApparelIndia Apparel Exports in 2nd Quarter 2026
India's apparel exports fell again in the second quarter, with a sharp contrast between markets. Shipments to the United States dropped by more than a fifth in value. Europe held up far better, with moderate declines in Germany, the UK and France and further gains in Spain, Switzerland and Japan. Unit values held almost everywhere, so the loss is one of volume, not of price. This report covers India's knit, woven and total apparel exports per destination in the second quarter, plus category tables for US and EU imports from India.
